Service Description

*(with a lunch break from 12:30-1:30) A full-day Workshop for Mums (guardians, aunts, grandmothers) and Daughters to inspire celebration, honouring and connection through our menstrual cycle. In this workshop, we will be exploring the nature of our cyclical bodies, puberty & periods, and the ways we can nourish this important allyship between Momma and Daughter at this time in our lives. ~ This workshop is for women and their daughters who are entering puberty, in puberty or already cycling. ~ There will be education, sharing, listening, and creating! * This is a ONE-DAY WORKSHOP VERSION my 5 Week Moon Mother, Moon Daughter Program for those who cannot commit to a 5 week Program. We will gather from 10:00 - 12:30, then break for lunch, and again from 1:30-4:00. * Contact me privately for sliding scale options
